Charles Leadbetter
Charles’ farming career started in Staffordshire before moving to Cambridgeshire in 2005. His genuine love of farming, growing the best quality crops and achieving the best yields possible is what drives and informs our farming decisions.
Charles’ diligent focus and attention to detail on our cultivations and growing crops enables us to achieve excellent yields and quality produce.
Anna Leadbetter
Anna has a degree in Rural Land Management and is FACTS qualified (FE/5431).
Anna provides the management expertise to ensure that what we do in the field is complemented by accurate administration, cost allocation and record keeping in the office.
Anna takes responsibility for purchasing, Countryside Stewardship, Basic Payment Scheme claims and grain sales.
Anna is assisted by Julia O’Grady, our Farms Administrator who is meticulous in her approach.
We also employ skilled arable operators who ensure all operations are completed in accordance with our agronomist’s recommendations, efficiently and accurately. Our operators are highly valued members of our team and they attend regular training to ensure they remain up to date with the latest legislation and procedures.
